Outside Sales Representative

- 💰 $40K Base + 15% Commission
- Meet with local business owners in your assigned neighborhoods across Santa Clara County
- Present CDCN’s hyper-local advertising program using our proven 10-minute pitch and 2:31 minute demo video
- Qualify prospects, recommend 2–3 advertising zones, and close 12-month agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with your client portfolio for renewals and referrals
- Represent CDCN at community events, business associations, and neighborhood gatherings
- Self-motivated, community-oriented, and comfortable talking to business owners face to face
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese — a strong plus in our market
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone required

Administrative & Operations Coordinator

- Manage client onboarding, agreements, and renewal tracking for CDCN’s advertising accounts
- Coordinate advertising schedules and communicate with laundromat partners across Santa Clara County
- Support the sales team with lead tracking, follow-up scheduling, and CRM management
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone and email, routing to the right team member
- Assist with community event coordination for Local Community Heroes and CDCN
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and basic CRM tools
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese — a strong plus
- Community-oriented with a warm, professional phone and email manner

Video Production & Creative Coordinator

- Produce 30–45 second video commercials for CDCN clients in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese
- Shoot, edit, and deliver professional-quality video ads optimized for laundromat digital screens
- Work directly with local business owners to capture their story, team, and services on camera
- Maintain CDCN’s brand standards and ad format specifications across all productions
- Support social media content creation for CDCN and Local Community Heroes
- Experienced in video production, editing, and post-production (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
- Strong storytelling instincts — you know how to make a 30-second ad that actually works
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese — a strong plus for multilingual production
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working with small business owners on location
- Portfolio of prior video work required
