Hemant Desai
CEO & Founder
Hemant founded CDCN in 2013 with a simple mission: give every local business in Santa Clara County a fair shot at reaching its own neighbors. With deep roots in San Jose and longstanding relationships across local government, nonprofits, and small businesses, he built CDCN into a hyper-local laundromat advertising network for the South Bay.

Rita Singh is a founding Board Member of Local Community Heroes, the nonprofit sister organization to CDCN. With 21 years of partnership with Hemant in building community-focused organizations across Santa Clara County, Rita brings strategic oversight, community credibility, and deep local knowledge to the mission.
